What FlowzIQ helps with
Four areas of impact
Application seasons concentrate the same questions on the same channels. Bilingual demand multiplies the load, evenings and weekends are peak inquiry hours, and senior staff time goes into routine answers. FlowzIQ takes the routine layer so the human team can focus on the work that needs them.
Application-season volume
Recurring questions about programmes, deadlines, fees, and scholarships answered automatically across different channels.
Bilingual demand
Arabic and English handled in the same thread, with the institution's own terminology.
Around-the-clock first response
Evenings, weekends, and holidays covered without changing staff schedules.
Routine answers off your team's plate
Senior staff time freed for advising, recruitment, and the cases that need a human.
How it works
From inquiry to enrollment, automated.
Four steps; onboarding is designed to complete within a week.
- 01
Connecting your channels
Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and the website chat into one inbox.
- 02
Grounding in your handbook
Prospectus, tuition tables, deadlines, and scholarships shape the agent's voice and policies.
- 03
Deploying specialist agents
Separate agents for Admissions, Student Services, Financial Aid, and IT Helpdesk.
- 04
Handing off to the team
Sensitive or out-of-scope questions reach the right team member with full conversation context.
See it in action
A real conversation, start to finish.
A student asks in plain language. FlowzIQ verifies their identity with a one-time code, then answers from the institution's own system.
Natural conversation
Students ask in their own words, on the website, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or email.
Verified identity
A one-time code confirms who is asking before any personal record is shared.
Live from your systems
Personal answers are pulled live from your own system, not from a canned reply.

Capabilities
What your team needs to answer at scale.
Specialist agents per department
Every agent has its own knowledge boundary, escalation rules, and tone. Configure as many as needed, one per channel or department, with a starter persona you refine to your institution's voice.
Scoped knowledge per workflow
Each workflow answers only from the knowledge assigned to it. An Admissions agent does not speak for Financial Aid, and the reverse holds; nothing leaks between teams.
Knowledge from your documents and website
Upload your handbooks, prospectuses, and fee tables, or let it learn from your website. It even reads scanned pages and Arabic image documents. Every answer is grounded in your own content, and every knowledge item your team reviews carries the document and page it came from.
Connected to your systems, under your control
Once a student confirms their identity, the agent answers personal questions straight from your own systems. Read-only by default; an admin can allow specific write actions, and those ask for a fresh one-time code every time. Your team approves everything it can access; if a system isn't connected, the student is pointed to the right office.
Sentiment-aware escalation
Frustration is detected in real time, and negative-sentiment threads are routed to a staff member with the full conversation context attached.
Approval workflows
Agents run fully automated, or replies are queued for human review on sensitive topics. Control stays with the team.
Voice mode on web chat
Your audience can speak to the agent and hear the reply back, in Arabic or English. Friendlier on mobile, more accessible overall.
Custom widget branding
Match your colours, fonts, and tone exactly, so the chat feels like a native part of your site, not a bolted-on bot.
Outcomes
What institutions optimize for.
Real numbers depend on channel volume, language mix, and the auto-approve threshold set by the institution.
- Routine inquiries answered automatically
- Repeated questions across web chat, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
- Replies around the clock
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays included
- Staff time freed for advising
- Less repetition; more attention on the work that needs it
Bilingual by design
Arabic and English natively, every other language as capability allows.
Replies are written, not translated. The agent reads the language of each incoming message and answers in kind, with the terminology your institution uses.
- Language of every message detected automatically, even within the same conversation
- Programmes, titles, departments, and policies in your institution's vocabulary
One agent · one knowledge base · two native voices
Data sovereignty
The models can run inside your own network.
Which AI model FlowzIQ uses is a setting, not a dependency. Run local models on your own campus, and student messages, documents, and recordings stay inside your network.
Running on your hardware
No keys, no token fees
Conversation and knowledge
The model that writes replies and the model that indexes your knowledge base both point at a local endpoint. A student's question, and the material it is answered from, are processed on hardware you own.
First-class local support
Reading documents
Prospectuses, forms, and scanned letters are read by a vision model on that same local endpoint. Printed text is where open models are strongest, so keep a reviewer on handwriting and poor scans, or send only that work to a cloud model you approve.
Strongest on printed text
Voice
Speech-to-text and speech synthesis run against a local speech server, so recordings never leave the network either. Local Arabic voices speak clear Modern Standard Arabic rather than Gulf dialect, and dialect accuracy is measured on real student audio before anyone commits to it.
Standard Arabic; dialect needs a pilot
Cloud providers are supported just as fully, and each AI service is configured on its own. An institution can keep conversation and knowledge on campus and send only voice to a cloud provider, under its own keys and a recorded consent.
